When we have a mind full of everything negative possible swirling around and keeping us stressed and anxious it is time to unclutter it for our own greater good.
If you are thinking constantly about several subjects that upset you then you are not living your life to the fullest because you then cannot see the positives all around you.
- What if you decided to just stop and clear your mind?
- What if you let go of the many things that you feel are wrong and relax?
The practice of clearing your mind is easy once you start the habit of doing so.
First just stop thinking about anything at all. Let all the thoughts just fall out of your head. Regulate your breathing to and even in and out rhythm.
Then take one thought that feels good that is happy and positive. Believe it or not you have many of those if you consciously look for them to use.
Just use your one happy thought for a bit and you will find that many more will follow if you let them so that you begin not only to think more positively but you feel so much better. Your breathing also helps to bring a calm and peaceful feeling.
- Why would we not want the best thoughts instead of the worst?
- Why would we want to feel anger and bitterness and unhappiness when we can choose the thoughts we think that bring us joy and peace?
It is all about habit so I would challenge everyone to change your habit about what you choose to think so that you can feel the best you have ever felt.
