Make it a point when you wake up each morning to remind yourself to live for the day.
Make sure you notice everything that makes you smile, that makes you feel good, that is uplifting and joyful.
Too many times we wake up complaining about so many things so we start the day in a negative state of mind. How can we possibly feel good with negative conversation floating around?
Why would we do that to ourselves when there are so many things to help us feel good about our lives, ourselves, and the world.
Know this:
- There are many more good people in the world than bad.
- There are so many people doing good works and helping others than are not.
- There is so much to be thankful for.
- There is so many reasons to feel joy if we allow it.
Start the habit each day of finding something to be grateful for and you will know joy right away. Build your day around the best not the worst. That is what living is all about so make the choice to live life to the fullest with the most positive attitude possible.
Stop watching and reading the news and look for others who are really enjoying life.......they do exist you know.
